Before: Bilateral Wise Pattern Breast Reduction by Mr Turton: Right 430 grms, Left 470 grms (for correction of asymmetry and macromastia).
After: 6-weeks post breast reduction by Mr Turton. Support dressing and sports bra now discontinued. Good healing. Scars fade over next 10-months back to surrounding skin colour.

Before: This lady had failed cosmetic breast surgery abroad. Despite further corrective surgery abroad, the breasts remained misshapen and the scars were clearly unacceptable. Mr Turton carried out a full redo breast reduction to correct this using special techniques to salvage the breasts.
The close-up view shows the terribly misshapen appearance she was left with despite her previous surgeon’s attempts to correct it.
After: At review just 3-weeks after corrective surgery by Mr Turton the breast shape is markedly improved and the scar shape and position is very aesthetic.

After: Post-operative view. Mr Turton removed 175gms from the right and 145gms from the left to correct for the size discrepency. The breasts have been restored to a much more beautiful form.

After: Post-operative view. Mr Turton removed 200 gms from the right and 225 gms from the left, and re-shaped both breasts giving a beautiful result shown here at 4-months post surgery.

Before: Grade 3 Breast Ptosis: WISE pattern Mastopexy performed by Mr Turton. Excess skin and extensive reshaping of the breasts performed to restore an attractive shape.
After: 4-weeks post mastopexy by Mr Turton: minimal volume adjustment of 110 grams on right and 90 grams on left.

Before: Asymmetrical breasts with a left side being a 1-cup size larger than right; both breasts have Grade 3 sag (ptosis): Corrective surgery by Mr Turton: Bilateral Wise pattern Mastopexy with partial left reduction and remodelling.
After: Post operative view at 3-weeks. Mr Turton removed 10 gms only from right and 100 grams from left to achieve an attractive symmetry and flatteringly youthful appearance. A very good uplift has been achieved.
