This lady wanted breast augmentation but has more droop on the left. However she opted not to have an uplift (I would have done a Benelli mastopexy) to symmetrise as she was very accepting of her differences. She has a great result from moderate projection 360cc round implants. Photos are taken 8-weeks post surgery.
